Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic content writer with a knack for creating engaging content to join us. You should have strong language skills and the ability to generate innovative ideas. Besides, you should write in a way that attracts and retains the audience's attention for the long term. Before writing, you should be able to
understand the topic, conduct research, and fact-check.
Apart from developing written content, you should be able to produce supplementary content like videos and graphics to enhance the overall appeal. You should also have good presentation skills that will educate your audience about new products and services. Furthermore, you will be responsible for driving/maximizing organic website traffic by using SEO keywords.
To be a successful content writer, you should be familiar with CMS like WordPress and possess basic HTML knowledge. Being a deadline-driven and detail-oriented individual will be a major plus. So, if you can grow a huge audience base with your captivating content then we would love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation and Development:

- Write clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and landing pages.
- Develop creative and shareable content for social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, tailored to each platform’s audience.
- Develop long-form content such as whitepapers, case studies, technical documentation, and scripts for promotional or explainer videos.

2. Research and Industry Insight:

- Conduct thorough research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Analyze target audience needs and integrate insights into content strategies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to simplify and convey complex IT solutions effectively.

3. Editing and Proofreading:

- Edit and proofread written content for spelling, grammar, and sentence structure.
- Review and refine visual content, such as videos and infographics, to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

4. SEO and SEM Integration:

- Use SEO keywords and SEM tools to generate and maximize organic traffic.
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics on published posts and adjust strategies to optimize performance.

5. Content Promotion and Engagement:

- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, feedback, and inquiries promptly.

6. Website and Blog Management:

- Update website content to reflect the latest offerings and maintain website structure.
- Design, implement, and maintain an appealing blog design that aligns with the brand.
- Perform basic website updates and register custom domains to simplify visitor searches.

7. Supporting Content Creation:

- Collaborate on supporting content like infographics, videos, and podcasts to enhance engagement.
- Develop storyboards and scripts for multimedia content.

8. Calendar and Deadline Management:

- Maintain and monitor an editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of all content.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align content with marketing and business goals.

Desired Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communication, or a similar field
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Content Writer or in the creative field
Knowledge of SEO and SEM tools and techniques.
Basic understanding of HTML and domain hosting.
Familiarity with CMS like WordPress, Joomla, and Squarespace.
Basic proofreading and copyediting skills.
Excellent command of the English language.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Ability to work under strict deadlines.
Demonstrating good attention to detail.
Adaptable and creative individual.
Familiarity with different social media platforms and marketing techniques.
