You will mentor a team of engineers, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure network performance for our users.  In this role, you should have strong problem-solving skills and in-depth knowledge of network administration and architecture. Your goal will be to support customer networks through problem resolution and hands-on operational request management.    What you'll do as the (Network Operations Engineer – L3):  The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.  Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WAN, SDWAN, Wi-Fi).Experience with security devices (Firewalls/IPS/VPN).Configure and install software, servers, routers and other network devices.Monitor network performance and integrity.Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure. Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness.Mentor team members on technical issues.Create, oversee and test security measures (e.g. access authentication and disaster recovery).Communicate with users when needed.Maintain complete technical documentation to include network drawings, technical processes and instruction.Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity and scalability. What you will bring to the team:

• Industry-related experience 10-15 years as a Senior Network Engineer.  
• Experience working with key industry players such as Cisco, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Juniper, Aruba, HPE.
• Professional certification (e.g. CCNP, CCDP, CCNA, CCIE). 
• Strong working knowledge of Network Management Systems and Platforms.
• Solid background in network administration and architecture.
• In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF).
• Familiarity with access control models and network security.
• Knowledge of coding languages for scripting (e.g Python, Perl).
• Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools (e.g. SolarWinds network tools).
• Solid understanding of network operating systems (JUNOS, Cisco IOS).
• Sharp troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently. 
• Organizational and mentoring skills.
