Our Intern program is designed to bring in high-potential graduates who can grow into key contributors across various domains such as technology, analytics, operations, product, or business strategy. With mentorship, structure, and hands-on exposure, this role offers a solid foundation for career growth.

Primary Skills
: Creative writing and storytelling, strong verbal and written communication, content research and strategy, collaboration and teamwork, basic understanding of digital marketing trends

Secondary Skills
: SEO basics and social media management tools, ability to repurpose long-form content into bite-sized posts/infographics/videos, attention to detail and time management, proactive attitude and ownership of tasks

Key Focus Areas for Evaluation

1. Content Creation & Storytelling

• Write high-quality blog posts aligned with industry trends and company priorities
• Draft newsletters, case studies, and product updates in collaboration with product and marketing teams
• Repurpose content into multiple formats for wider reach

Digital Marketing & Engagement

• Create engaging social media content (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) to increase visibility and engagement
• Track and analyze content performance metrics (views, clicks, engagement)
• Benchmark competitors' content strategy to identify opportunities

3. Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with product and leadership teams
• Express thoughts clearly and concisely across different mediums
• Actively participate in brainstorming and campaign ideation
• Listening actively and engaging meaningfully in discussions
• Writing simple documentation or emails with clarity
• Flexibility to adjust communication style based on context

4. Proactiveness & Willingness to Learn and Grow

• Ownership of tasks without micromanagement
• Willingness to seek help, ask questions, and take initiative
• Volunteering for extra responsibility or exploration
• Hunger for personal growth, upskilling, and improvement

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Engineering, Arts, Science, Commerce, etc.). MBA (Marketing / Communications) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong storytelling ability with attention to detail
• Interest in technology, or product-led businesses is a plus
• Knowledge of SEO basics and social media tools preferred
• Running a personal or tech blog is an added advantage
• Basic familiarity with productivity tools like Excel, Google Docs, etc.
• Demonstrated interest in solving problems, building things, or working in teams
