Technical Knowledge Basic understanding of insurance policies, coverage, and exclusions.
Team Work Should be a good team player
Planning and Prioritizing Efficient in prioritizing task and managing work Good Have Skills :
knowledge and expertise in Marine, Liability claims or London Market claims
Roles and Responsibilities :
1.Gather and analyze relevant information, including policy details, claim forms, and supporting documentation. Ensure claims are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Review and process insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner.
Investigate claims to determine the validity and extent of coverage.
End to end claims handling of simple accounts Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims and related documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards Adheres to claims compliance requirements
Manage own queue and contribute to achieve the Service level agreements, Key Performance indicators and business objectives
Ensuring productivity and quality targets are met during the training and BAU Communicate status of work, any issues with the team managers.
Ensure knowledge is passed on team members.
Support assist and provide guidence to less experience collegues as needed
Maintain strong working relationship and participate in initiatives and/or contribute where require to deliver outcomes
Engage actively in all training sessions, workshops, and meetings.
Ask questions and seek clarification to fully understand the process of claims management Location :
