Job Title: Junior Accounts Executive

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Jr Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations for B2B business. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Tally, GST filing, TDS, and general accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations in Tally.
  • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return) accurately and on time.
  • Handle TDS calculation, deduction, payment, and filing of quarterly TDS returns.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and vendor reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
  • Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of accounting experience in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime/Tally ERP 9.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
