We are looking for Junior Accounts Executive who can support both Accounts and Finance Activities
- **Bookkeeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Record daily transactions in the accounting system.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial statements.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Assist in monitoring and collecting accounts receivable.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for timely payments.
- **General Ledger**:

- Assist in preparing journal entries.
- Ensure proper coding of expenses and revenue.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Generate financial reports as required by management.
- Assist in preparing month-end and year-end financial statements.
- **Audit Support**:

- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- experience in independently handling GST compliances
- Knowledge of handling GST assessments and GST audits
- Knowledge of GST portal
- Drafting reply to SCNs
- Technically competent in GST laws
- Open to learn new systems.
- Able to conduct and analyse GLs, reconciliation,
- **Communication**:

- Collaborate with other departments to obtain relevant financial information.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
- **Ad Hoc Tasks**:

- Assist in special projects and other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Senior Accounts Executive or Finance Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in accounting is a plus.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
