Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems in residential buildings and common areas.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical panels, meters, and distribution systems.
  • Diagnose electrical issues, troubleshoot faults, and carry out effective solutions.
  • Handle installation and maintenance of lighting, fans, pumps, lifts, and backup generators (DG sets).
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, building codes, and society regulations.
  • Maintain records of work orders, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and electrical complaints from residents.
  • Coordinate with other maintenance staff (plumbers, HVAC technicians, etc.) for smooth facility operations.
  • Provide recommendations for electrical upgrades, energy efficiency, and cost savings.

Preferred:

  • 4 years experience in handling residential societies or real estate projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
