Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecallers (Freshers) to join our technical support team. The role involves assisting local businesses in verifying and managing their Google Business Profiles. You will guide clients through the verification process, address common issues, and ensure they understand the importance of maintaining an active and accurate online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to local businesses and guide them through the process of Google Business Profile verification.
  • Explain the importance and benefits of verifying their business on Google (visibility, trust, local SEO).
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting verification issues (e.g., postcard delays, phone/email verification, duplicate listings).
  • Record customer information accurately in the CRM and follow up until verification is complete.
  • Educate clients on best practices for managing their business profile (adding photos, updating hours, responding to reviews).
  • Report technical issues or recurring problems to the internal support team for resolution.
  • Maintain daily call logs, meet calling targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend product/process training sessions and stay updated on Google's policies and tools.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Freshers with strong communication skills (in English and Hindi).
  • Basic knowledge of Google Maps, Google Search, and business listings is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with web browsers, smartphones, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Patience to explain technical steps in a simple and friendly manner.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to handle objections calmly.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a digital/technical support role.
