About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated
Telecaller
who will play a key role in driving our business growth through effective communication and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, understanding client needs, and promoting our products/services to achieve sales targets. Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach will be critical to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective leads and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries, understand customer requirements, and provide suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through effective follow-ups.
- Explain product/service features, pricing, and benefits to customers in a clear and engaging manner.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call & sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the Sales/Business Development team to ensure smooth lead handover and closure.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team for continuous improvement.
- Represent the company in a professional and customer-centric manner during all interactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling/inside sales/customer service (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language as required].
- Good listening skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection positively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
