Job Description

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software projects with business goals.
  • Oversee the software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, and implementation.
  • Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering professional growth and development.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Head - Software Engineering should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in software engineering and development in C++ and Linux
  • Strong leadership and team management skills (atleast 40 team members)
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory requirements and compliance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with stakeholders.
