Role Overview
The PMO Senior Analyst will play a vital role in supporting governance, compliance, and agile processes across fintech projects. Post joining, the incumbent will be deeply involved in maintaining project delivery frameworks, managing Jira workflows, running Scrum events, tracking billing and resource allocation, and ensuring seamless integration of PMO activities. Critical to this role is owning disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP) mock drills to guarantee operational resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Jira setup, workflows, dashboards, and generate reports for all project teams.
- Facilitate regular Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate billing processes, resource headcount calculations, and allocation reporting in collaboration with HR and Finance.
- Maintain, update, and enforce PMO documentation, governance frameworks, and compliance trackers.
- Conduct and manage mock drills for Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) as part of core PMO governance to ensure operational resilience.
- Prepare comprehensive PMO performance, compliance, and delivery reports for senior leadership.
- Support audit readiness activities, ensuring compliance with fintech regulatory standards and internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Operations) to implement standardized governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify project risks, track dependencies, and ensure mitigation actions are updated in Jira.
- Drive process improvements and promote best practices in agile delivery and PMO governance.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3–6 years in PMO, project coordination, or agile delivery roles within fintech or BFSI domains.
- Strong proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Scrum methodology.
- Experience in billing management and headcount/resource tracking.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks, governance, and audit processes.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is mandatory.
- PMP or Agile certification is an advantage.
