Job Description: We are looking for a friendly and proactive Sales girl to join our lighting showroom team. The successful candidate will play a key role in welcoming and assisting visitors, managing customer interactions, and supporting office operations. Comprehensive product training will be provided on-site, including our state-of-the-art LED and lighting automation products.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors warmly, ensuring they receive prompt and courteous assistance.
  • Address inquiries from customers and guests, providing detailed information about our products and services.
  • Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Use basic computer skills to manage emails, data entry, and document handling (optional but advantageous).
  • Create and manage social media posts on Facebook and Instagram to promote our products and engage with our audience.
  • Conduct telecalling to reach out to potential clients and generate sales leads.
  • Assist with sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Conduct post-sales follow-ups to gather customer feedback and ensure satisfaction with their purchases.
  • Address any post-sales issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Basic proficiency in speaking Hindi and Punjabi or just hindi will also do
  • optional Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email (optional), and ability to create social media posts on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Professional and approachable demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • previous experious though not neccessery but is preffered
  • Basic understanding of office administrative processes.
