Role & responsibilities

  • Create and design visual content for digital and print media in line with brand guidelines.
  • Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, hoardings, site branding, advertisements, and social media creatives for real estate projects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce cohesive and appealing promotional materials.
  • Design digital assets including emailers, presentations, and online advertisements for campaigns and launches.
  • Stay updated with design and industry trends to deliver innovative and creative ideas.
  • Maintain an organized library of creative assets for easy access and reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in real estate, architecture, or advertising.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AI, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and Canva.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and colour theory.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail and strong sense of brand aesthetics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or 3D visualisation tools will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and digital campaign design.
