Key Responsibilities:

  • Safe Driving & Vehicle Management:
  • Drive the MD to various locations safely and punctually.
  • Ensure vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and fuelled at all times.
  • Conduct regular checks on vehicle condition, report any issues promptly.
  • Follow traffic rules and maintain a safe driving record.
  • Schedule & Time Management:
  • Plan routes to ensure timely arrival, accounting for traffic conditions.
  • Maintain flexibility for unscheduled trips or last-minute changes.
  • Professionalism & Confidentiality:
  • Maintain utmost confidentiality regarding the MD's schedule, conversations, and personal matters.
  • Demonstrate courteous and professional behavior at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Valid driving license with a clean record.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a personal or corporate driver, preferably for senior executives.
  • Good knowledge of local and regional routes.
  • Ability to maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is preferred.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, with flexibility for early mornings, late evenings, or occasional overnight trips as per MD's schedule.

Reporting & Performance:

  • Directly report to the MD.
  • Performance will be evaluated on punctuality, safety, reliability, discretion, and service quality.
