Role Description :
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic person to join our team. As a key member of the client servicing team, the ideal candidate will be acting as the primary face for the agency's clients, responsible for nurturing the relationship, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving growth. They will act as crucial
bridge between the client and the internal delivery teams
, ensuring client needs are met while driving business growth and client satisfaction.
Core responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and build strong, trusting relationships.
- Communicate progress, present reports, and provide updates on marketing initiatives.
- Address client questions, feedback, and escalations to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Project and Campaign Management:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and requirements.
- Do market research on the competition on aspects of digital marketing
- Work with internal teams (e.g., creative, social media, seo, content writing, ppc, web development) to create and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects, staying within budget and timeline constraints.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, Lead generation, page engagement, ROI etc.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on account status and campaign success to clients in form of power point presentations with info graphics.
- Should have knowledge of project management tools like - ClickUP, Clockify, Trello etc..
Account Growth:
- Identify opportunities to upsell and generate new business opportunities from existing clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends to help clients improve their digital presence especially the AI tools
Note :
- Mandatory to have worked in a digital marketing or creative agency for at least 4+ years
- Must have digital course certifications
- Must have knowledge of running multiple client projects including international assignments
- Should be well versed with AI platforms like but not limited to - ChatGPT, Perplexity etc.
