About The Role
Job Title- Account Manager -Sales
Location- Ahmedabad/Gurgaon WFO (No can Facilities will be provided)
Shift time- 5PM TO 2AM OR 8PM TO 5AM (Night shift allowance will be provided)
Role Summary
A results-oriented
Inside Sales Team Lead
to manage and guide a small team (2–4) of inside sales executives while also directly engaging with leads assigned to them. This is a
player-coach role
— where you'll lead by example in closing deals and driving performance, but
no outbound prospecting is required
. All leads will be provided by the marketing and partnerships team.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance Management

Supervise, support, and coach 2–4 inside sales executives to achieve conversion and revenue goals.

Monitor individual and team KPIs (e.g., lead response time, conversion rate, sales velocity).

Conduct regular check-ins, pipeline reviews, and performance feedback sessions.

Assist in onboarding and training new sales team members.

Create a positive, accountable, and high-performance sales environment.

Direct Sales Contribution

Handle qualified, inbound or pre-assigned leads provided by the marketing or partnerships team.

Engage prospects via calls, emails, and demos to understand needs and propose the right digital advertising solutions.

Follow a consultative sales approach to close deals aligned with client goals and Giant Media Online's offerings.

Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate pipeline management in CRM tools.

Collaboration & Reporting

Work with marketing and lead gen teams to provide feedback on lead quality and customer insights.

Deliver regular performance reports and revenue forecasts to sales leadership.

Contribute to sales process improvements and internal knowledge sharing.

Qualifications
3–5 years of inside sales experience in
media, advertising tech, or SaaS
.

1+ year of experience managing or mentoring a small sales team.

Strong understanding of
inbound sales processes
Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.

CRM experience (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) with disciplined pipeline management.

Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
