We are hiring a target-driven Telecaller to make outbound calls, source and screen candidates, and support blue-collar hiring. Strong communication skills and high-volume recruitment experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential candidates for blue-collar job roles (e.g., Delivery Boy, Auto Drivers, technicians.
  • Onboarding new candidates on company portal (BMS).
  • Explain job details clearly including salary, shifts, location, and responsibilities.
  • Source candidates through databases, job portals, referrals, and other platforms.
  • Screen candidates based on job requirements and shortlist suitable profiles.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, walk-ins, and selection events.
  • Follow up with candidates until joining and ensure timely onboarding.
  • Meet daily/weekly calling and hiring targets.
  • Resolve candidate queries professionally and maintain a positive candidate experience.
  • Prepare daily MIS reports on calls, leads, and hiring status.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling or recruitment (blue-collar hiring preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or regional languages; basic English is a plus.
  • Ability to make high-volume calls (150–200 calls/day).
  • Good convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, or CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
