Key Responsibilities
  • Architecture & Design

  • Lead the design of scalable, secure, and resilient microservices-based solutions for healthcare portals and mobile apps.


  • Define and enforce object-oriented design principles, coding standards, and architectural best practices.


  • Design solutions leveraging cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) with focus on high availability, disaster recovery, and security compliance (e.g., HIPAA).


  • Technical Leadership

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of 5–10 engineers across backend, frontend, and mobile development.


  • Drive adoption of modern DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, IaC).


  • Champion the use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure AI) to boost productivity and code quality.


  • Hands-on Development

  • Actively contribute to the codebase, with strong expertise in C#/.NET Core for backend and Angular for frontend development.


  • Build and integrate APIs, ensure secure authentication/authorization (OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, FHIR integrations).


  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver responsive, accessible, and intuitive user experiences.


  • Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely with Product Owners, QA, and DevOps to translate business requirements into technical solutions.


  • Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.


  • Manage technical risks, dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.


Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in software design and development.
  • Strong expertise in C#/.NET Core, Web APIs, Angular (latest versions).
  • Proven experience in microservices architecture, event-driven design, and cloud-native applications.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure/AWS cloud services, Kubernetes/Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of healthcare standards (FHIR, HL7, HIPAA compliance) is highly desirable.
  • Experience leading a development team (5–10 engineers), with a track record of mentoring and elevating team performance.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools and modern developer productivity platforms.
Nice-to-Have-Skills
  • Exposure to mobile app frameworks (Ionic, React Native, or Xamarin/MAUI).
  • Knowledge of data analytics, ML/AI models, and integrating predictive features into applications.
  • Prior work in healthcare or regulated environments.
