Role Description

Technotask is seeking a Team Lead for an on-site, full-time position located in Bhopal. The Team Lead will oversee day-to-day operations, manage and mentor team members, ensure efficient workflow, and supervise the delivery of services. The role involves setting goals, monitoring performance, and supporting quality standards across projects. The selected candidate will also coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure alignment and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Team management, project coordination, and leadership skills
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage performance metrics and meet quality objectives
  • Experience with client relationships and ensuring service excellence
  • Proficiency in using productivity and workflow management tools
  • Knowledge of customer support processes in sectors like FinTech, Retail, or E-Commerce is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior leadership experience in customer service, operations, or a related domain
