Responsibilities :

Provide technical and product support to internal teams and customers by identifying, reproducing, and resolving issues.

Build and maintain monitoring or reporting dashboards using DataMocha (our drag-anddrop platform) and light JavaScript customization.

  • Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to ensure smooth issue resolution.
  • Write basic scripts (JavaScript, Python, or SQL) to automate repetitive tasks or extract useful insights.


• Maintain clear documentation for common issues, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.

  • Assist in feature validation and deployment testing as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:


• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).


• 03 years of experience in a technical support, implementation, or engineering role.

  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript or another programming language.
    • Interest in data visualization and dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or custom JS dashboards is good to have but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and diverse team environment
