Role and Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end recruitment, encompassing sourcing, screening, selecting, and matching candidates for current job openings
  • Handling existing client relationships and their staffing requirements
  • Developing detailed job descriptions and requirements based on open positions
  • Posting job openings on relevant platforms to attract potential candidates
  • Utilizing various sources like social media and online databases to search for and identify suitable candidates
  • Interviewing applicants and assessing their suitability for available positions
  • Identifying new sources for candidate acquisition
  • Prospecting and engaging with potential clients to understand their staffing needs
  • Fulfilling recruitment assignments within specified timelines
  • Providing regular recruitment status reports to the team manager
Candidate Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or staffing
  • Knowledge of the general staffing industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
