Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to design, analyse, and oversee the construction of structural systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural analysis, design codes, and construction practices, ensuring safety, stability, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform structural analysis and design of buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects in compliance with relevant codes and standards (IS, BS, ACI, Euro codes).

  • Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, and calculations for submission and construction.

  • Conduct feasibility studies, site inspections, and risk assessments to ensure project viability and structural integrity.

  • Collaborate with architects, project managers, and contractors to deliver cost-effective and efficient designs.

  • Review and approve shop drawings, material submittal, and structural modifications during construction.

  • Utilize structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000) to model and simulate load effects.

  • Monitor ongoing projects to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and timeline requirements.

  • Investigate structural failures and recommend corrective measures where necessary.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's Degree preferred).

  • Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification is an added advantage.

  • Minimum [X] years of experience in structural design and construction projects.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in structural design software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD).

  • Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and safety regulations.

  • Expertise in reinforced concrete (RCC) and steel structures.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to prepare technical reports and documentation with attention to detail.
