Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to design, analyse, and oversee the construction of structural systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural analysis, design codes, and construction practices, ensuring safety, stability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform structural analysis and design of buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects in compliance with relevant codes and standards (IS, BS, ACI, Euro codes).

Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, and calculations for submission and construction.

Conduct feasibility studies, site inspections, and risk assessments to ensure project viability and structural integrity.

Collaborate with architects, project managers, and contractors to deliver cost-effective and efficient designs.

Review and approve shop drawings, material submittal, and structural modifications during construction.

Utilize structural analysis software (, , ETABS, SAP2000) to model and simulate load effects.

Monitor ongoing projects to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and timeline requirements.

Investigate structural failures and recommend corrective measures where necessary.

Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred).

Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification is an added advantage.

Minimum [X] years of experience in structural design and construction projects.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in structural design software (, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD).

Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Expertise in reinforced concrete (RCC) and steel structures.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Strong communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams.

Ability to prepare technical reports and documentation with attention to detail.
