About the job:

We're on the lookout for a sharp, organised, and driven e-commerce operations manager to join CAR101, one of India's fastest-growing DIY car care brands. If you live for smooth processes, timely dispatches, and happy customers- this one's for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily order processing, dispatch & delivery timelines
2. Coordinate with warehouse, courier partners & platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
3. Track RTOs, returns, and ensure customer satisfaction
4. Manage inventory levels, inward/outward flow & stock reports
5. Optimise logistics costs and process efficiency
6. Work closely with customer support & marketing teams
