The Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Microsoft 365 App Developer to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement team, with a primary focus on automation and workflow optimization. In this role, you will serve as a technical evangelist for the Microsoft 365 suite, identifying and implementing innovative solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance team productivity. You will leverage tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Teams, while collaborating with both GTM and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-friendly automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Automation Initiatives: Act as a technical lead in identifying repetitive, manual tasks across the GTM sales enablement function and design automation solutions using Microsoft 365 tools.
• M365 and Azure Administration: Support the management of Microsoft 365 environments and have working knowledge of Azure architecture and administration to ensure scalable, secure solutions.
• Integration & Connectivity: Build and manage custom connectors and integrations between Microsoft 365 apps and other core sales tools to enable seamless data flow and an intuitive user experience.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with GTM and non-GTM stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and deliver tailored workflow improvements aligned to business needs.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor solution usage, gather feedback, and iterate to enhance functionality and user adoption over time.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, including Power Platforms, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• 5 years of proven experience in designing, building, and deploying automation workflows across business functions, preferably in a sales enablement or GTM context.
• Strong understanding of Azure cloud architecture and environment management.
• Demonstrated expertise in integrating M365 solutions with third-party applications
• A problem-solving mindset with a bias toward action, continuous improvement, and usability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with sales processes and sales enablement tools is highly desirable.
• Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., Power Platforms, Azure Fundamentals) are a strong plus.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience with large-scale M365 tenant migrations.
• Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements in the M365 ecosystem.
• Knowledge on JavaScript, PowerShell.
