Role OverviewThe Tele-Caller will be responsible for connecting with schools, principals, and parents to generate leads, schedule appointments, and provide information about our programs (Entrepreneurship, Financial Literacy, Design Thinking, AI, etc.). This role is crucial in building strong communication channels, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales team in closures. Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to schools, decision-makers, and parents to introduce Bower SEED/UG programs.
  • Generate and qualify leads by understanding requirements and recording accurate details.
  • Schedule appointments and demos for the sales managers/training team.
  • Maintain detailed records in the CRM/Excel trackers (DSR) on calls, responses, and follow-ups.
  • Follow call scripts to ensure consistency while adapting to live conversations.
  • Share program benefits aligned with CBSE/NEP 2020 guidelines.
  • Handle inbound calls from interested parents/schools and provide prompt assistance.
  • Send follow-up messages/emails/WhatsApp templates where required.
  • Work closely with sales executives and the marketing team to ensure conversion of leads.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets (calls, leads, appointments fixed, closures supported).

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
  • Good persuasion and convincing ability.
  • Ability to handle objections with patience and positivity.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Prior experience in education/edtech tele-calling preferred.

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum: Graduate / Intermediate with strong communication skills.
  • Experience: 02 years (freshers with confidence and fluency may also apply).

Performance Metrics

  • Number of calls per day.
  • Number of leads generated.
  • Appointments scheduled with decision-makers.
  • Conversion support provided to the sales team.
