Team Overview
KKR's Global Investment Operations team and specifically the CLO team, which supports the firm's day-to-day middle-office and back-office operations that drive business decisions and long-term success in KKR CLOs.

Position Summary
KKR is seeking a Senior Manager role for its Leveraged Credit Operations Team based in the Gurugram office. This role will support the EUR & US CLO Operations team in, but not exclusively to, asset maintenance, daily trade and cash reconciliation, trustee oversight and Portfolio Management support. Considerable time in the role will also include reconciling monthly CLO reports to the trustees to ensure that such relevant data is up to date and correct before it gets released to investors. This will also include Interest Payment Dates and Waterfalls. The candidate will have a sub-team that they will oversee in Gurugram but will also liaise on a daily basis with colleagues in Dublin in both junior and senior roles.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in similar roles and understands requirements for financial organizations
• Experience in a multinational Financial Services organization
• Prior experience working with CLOs is essential
• Strong communication skills and email writing skills
• Experience with team management roles is mandatory
• Knowledge of loans, bonds, revolvers, loan syndication and participation trades is preferred
• Ability to manage numerous requests and tasks on a daily basis and track / respond in a timely manner
• Systems/ Tools/ Applications knowledge:
• Advent Geneva – preferable
• Markit – not essential
• Allvue aka Everest – preferable
• Advanced proficiency in Excel – to a high degree
• Focused on delivery excellence and accountability
• Displays team-work orientation and is highly collaborative
• Builds strong relationships with local and global colleagues

Stakeholder Management

• Interact with the team and the managers from global teams on a regular basis to understand their requirements, reporting needs and possible challenges
• Act as a point of escalation for all queries
• Manage Process Metrics, KPIs, other dashboards at regular frequency, as required
• Liaise closely with global counterparts to resolve all queries on a day-to-day basis
• Work with third-party agent banks and custodians
• Recruit, train, and develop team to enhance their skills and enable a high-performing team
• Effectively manage performance of the team by coaching, providing constructive feedback
