Role Overview :

As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining server-side logic, APIs, and databases. You will collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality backend solutions that support our AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities :

- API Development : Design and build RESTful and GraphQL APIs using , Python, or Java.

  • Database Management : Design, optimize, and manage SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.

  • System Architecture : Develop scalable and maintainable backend systems following best practices.

  • Security Implementation : Implement security best practices including JWT, OAuth, and data encryption.

  • CI/CD Integration : Collaborate with DevOps engineers to set up CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.

  • Performance Optimization : Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize backend systems for high availability.

  • Documentation : Write clear and comprehensive API documentation.

  • Collaboration : Work closely with frontend developers and product teams to ensure smooth integration of backend functionalities.

  • Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with emerging backend technologies and suggest improvements to existing systems.

Qualifications & Requirements :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience : Minimum 5 years in a Backend Developer role, with experience in startup or fast-paced environments preferred.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in , Python, or Java.

  • Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.

  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

  • Familiarity with Ansible or Terraform.

  • Experience with API documentation tools like Swagger.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving ability, proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
