Role Overview

We are looking for a Telecaller to support our sales and marketing team. The Telecaller will be responsible for calling churches, dioceses, schools, and institutions, introducing our products, generating leads, and coordinating follow-ups with the field marketing executives and the Marketing Manager.

This is an office-based role in Kochi with a strong focus on lead generation, appointment scheduling, and customer relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to church offices, dioceses, schools, seminaries, and institutions to introduce our automation products.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and explain product details.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the Marketing Manager and field executives.
• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate call logs and lead status.
• Follow up with prospective customers and ensure timely communication.
• Share customer feedback with the marketing team to improve outreach.
• Support the team during product campaigns and promotional drives.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of telecalling / telesales / customer service experience preferred (Fresher with good communication skills may also apply).
• Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi or other Indian languages is an added advantage).
• Pleasant voice, convincing ability, and customer-friendly approach.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, data entry).
• Minimum qualification: +2 / Graduate in any discipline.
