How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdue with accounts that have a high exposure. 

This position is for India Credit Chat team and involves the below responsibilities.

1. Comprehend & respond to all customer queries (through chat) with immediate resolution (Real time) to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Handle Inbound calls.
3. Handle back-office cases. Analyze and evaluate CM's financial data to make a business decision
4. Handling tasks which include Credit limit enhancement/restoration/reallocation, Global/Credit limit review & focusing on timely resolution
5. Deliver Employee, Customer and Shareholder Metrics as Per Goals.
6. Adherence to Quality and Compliance Guidelines

 Minimum Qualifications

• Able to Multitask with calls & case review.
• Thorough review of documents shared by the card member.
• Communicates Effectively, Oral and written ability to recognize tone and mood of customer through written and voice communication.
• Adaptable & Customer centric approach to situations to deliver superior service. Personalization/ Empathy in Communication.
• Ability to take independent decision & meet stringent deadlines.
• Quick navigation ability, web savvy, basic troubleshooting knowledge, multitasking (ability to toggle between screens/tools).
• Strong knowledge of India Consumer Credit policies and procedures preferred.
• Eye for Detail Recognizes Knowledge Gaps & Research to Respond.

 Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred experience in Specialty/low-balance/high-balance portfolios in Credit Function
• Preferred Knowledge of Platforms: CSP, CAS, Globestar, CLIC, WCC, etc.
• Excellent written & oral communication skills
