Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated IT Executive to manage and optimize the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems. Key responsibilities include:

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems (Windows/Linux).

• Managing databases (MySQL/SQL) and ensuring data security.

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.

• Implementing data backup and recovery procedures.

• Monitoring network performance and ensuring system uptime.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in server management, networking, and IT security. This role ensures smooth, secure, and efficient technology operations supporting business growth.

• Ensure system and network uptime meets organizational standards.

• Implement and monitor data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity protocols.

• Provide end-user support and resolve IT issues promptly.

• Administer and maintain database integrity and performance.

• Manage IT assets, software licenses, and documentation effectively.

• Execute and track IT infrastructure and upgrade projects within deadlines.

• Conduct regular audits of systems, servers, and security logs.

• Ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection, and security regulations.

• Identify and implement technological improvements to boost operational efficiency.
