About the Role

InnoVites is the strategic partner for Digital Transformation in the Wire & Cable Industry and, we are at an exciting stage of growth, expanding our product portfolio — and marketing is going to play a key role in shaping how we tell that story to the world.

This isn't a "support-only" role. You'll be part of a team that's building marketing from the inside; not just executing, but influencing how we position our product portfolio globally. If you're someone who enjoys understanding real business problems, crafting meaningful communication, and taking ownership without needing much hand-holding; this role gives you the room to do exactly that from day one.

We're looking for someone who's genuinely curious about B2B marketing; not just the theory, but the real-world application of it.

What You Will Be Doing

• Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns across digital (and occasionally offline) channels
• Create simple, effective marketing assets; social posts, emailers, brochures, presentations, etc.
• Work with sales and product teams to shape messaging and help generate qualified leads
• Learn and eventually contribute to marketing automation workflows (HubSpot / equivalent — training will be provided)
• Track campaign performance; look at open rates, conversions, lead quality, and use data to improve
• Stay updated on what's happening in the wire & cable industry, what customers care about, and how we can differentiate
• Take ownership; you will have guidance and mentorship, but not hourly instructions

What We Are Looking For

• MBA / PGDM in Marketing from a reputed institution (freshers or up to 1 year experience)
• We're looking for someone with a solid technical foundation; ideally a graduate with a
  B.Tech, B.E., B.Sc in Computer Science, or BCA
  degree.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and B2B customer behaviour
• Comfortable creating marketing assets using tools like Canva / Figma / Adobe (or willing to learn quickly)
• Curious, proactive, and someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do
• Strong written & verbal communication; clarity matters more than complexity
• Dependable, organized, and excited about seeing ideas turn into results

It's a Bonus If You Also

• Have an eye for design and understand what "clean and professional" looks like
• Enjoy writing content that feels human and relevant — not robotic (AI)
• Have exposure to marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
• Have any internship or project experience in B2B / SaaS / manufacturing / industrial sectors
