Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and associated technologies, with expertise in managing deployments and working in a clustered application environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy backend applications using Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
  • Design and implement microservices architecture for high-performance and scalable systems.
  • Create and manage batch processing solutions using Spring Batch.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and SOAP web services for seamless data exchange.
  • Work on database design, development, and optimization using Oracle SQL / PLSQL.
  • Manage application deployment in clustered environments, ensuring system stability and high availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
  • Contribute to ADMS (Application Development and Maintenance Services) by enhancing and supporting existing applications.

Required Skills:

  • Java, J2EE,Spring Boot and Microservices
  • Spring Batch, REST / SOAP Web Services, Oracle SQL / PLSQL
  • Experience in managing application deployments and clustering.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and performance optimization.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in an Agile team.
