Job Description HR Assistant
Position: HR Assistant
Qualification: BBA (Human Resources / Management)
Experience: 1–2 years in Recruitment & Documentation
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including coordinating with HODs for manpower requirements.
- Perform candidate document verification (Aadhar, ID proofs, certificates, etc.).
- Manage documentation and maintain accurate employee records.
- Support onboarding processes, including UAN data collection and verification.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with candidates, agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth closures.
- Coordinate across departments to facilitate seamless recruitment and joining processes.
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain compliance and support HR team with employee-related documentation.
Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR documentation.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and multitasking ability.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
