  1. Daily Accounting

  2. Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally/ERP (Sales, Purchase, Payments, Receipts).

  3. Maintain proper ledger accounts for vendors, customers, and expenses.

  4. Handle petty cash and prepare daily cash reports.

  5. Bank & Payments

  6. Prepare cheques, online transfers, and maintain bank reconciliation statements.

  7. Track customer payments and follow-up for outstanding dues.

  8. Ensure timely vendor/supplier payments.

  9. Bills & Invoices

  10. Prepare and verify sales invoices.

  11. Check and record purchase bills.

  12. Verify supporting documents (PO, DC, GRN) before booking entries.

  13. Tax & Statutory Compliance

  14. Assist in GST input/output calculation and filing.

  15. Support in TDS calculation and record-keeping.

  16. Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory requirements.

  17. Payroll Support (if included)

  18. Coordinate with HR for attendance/leave data.

  19. Assist in preparing monthly salary sheet.

  20. Ensure statutory deductions (PF/ESI/PT) are recorded properly.

  21. Reporting & Audit Support

  22. Prepare basic MIS reports (Expenses, Sales, Purchases, Outstanding).

  23. Assist Senior Accountant during internal and external audits.
  24. Maintain files, vouchers, and records for easy retrieval.

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and Accounting Standards.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Qualification:

  • Fresher to 2 yrs experience

Job Type: Full-time
