Position Overview

The Site Technical Lead will be responsible for supervising and managing all electrical activities within the industrial site. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience working in high-voltage environments, leading technical teams, and ensuring compliance with all electrical and safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all site-level electrical operations, ensuring smooth functioning of systems and compliance with safety standards.
  • Handle high-voltage equipment (up to 220 KV) and ensure all installations, maintenance, and repairs are conducted safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct and manage electrical inspections, ensuring all required documentation is prepared, reviewed, and submitted as per industrial standards.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of electrical technicians and engineers, promoting a culture of accountability and performance.
  • Plan, monitor, and execute electrical maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure operational reliability.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve site-level technical issues and ensure seamless plant operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements related to electrical systems and industrial operations.
  • Provide technical expertise during audits, inspections, and system upgrades.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Mandatory: Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • Valid Electrical License is required.
  • Minimum 810 years of experience in the electrical industry, specifically within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience handling high-voltage systems (up to 220 KV).
  • Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, safety protocols, and inspection requirements.
  • Prior experience managing and leading technical teams is essential.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
  • Commanding presence with the ability to make informed, decisive judgments.
