We are seeking a skilled Design Controls Engineer with hands-on experience in EPLANsoftware to join our Projects team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical control systems and schematics for Industrial Automation and Semiconductor manufacturing companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical schematics using EPLAN Electric P8.
  • Create wiring diagrams, and bill of materials (BOM).
  • Selection of Components PLC, VFD, servo, drives, sensors, switchgears, relays
  • To follow IMS Process, Procedure, guideline, OCP and update department lists and records, Risk & opportunity, HIRA, aspect- Impact, dept. obj.
  • Knowledge of Fieldbus like Ethernet TCP/IP, Profibus, Profinet, Serial Communication Schematic Diagram, Signal Line Diagram, Generation of Terminal Detail.
  • Collaborate with mechanical and automation teams to ensure integrated system design.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Maintain documentation and version control of design files.
  • Optimize designs for cost, efficiency, and manufacturability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 9 -15 years of experience in electrical design using EPLAN.
  • Strong understanding of industrial control systems, PLCs, and automation.
  • Familiarity with IEC standards and electrical safety norms.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other design tools preferrably EPLAN
  • Knowledge of System manufacturing processes.
  • Exposure to project management tools and practices.
