Centre Head

Key Responsibilities:

1. Centre Operations Management

· Ensure day-to-day operations of the centre are conducted efficiently and effectively.

· Maintain inventories, farmer interactions .

· Monitor daily workflows, sales activities, and service metrics.

2. Sales & Marketing

· Drive awareness of company products and services among local farmers.

· Execute field-level sales campaigns and promotions in coordination with the marketing team.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned to the centre.

3. Farmer Engagement & Support

· Organize farmer meetings, registration drives, and training sessions.

· Ensure farmer satisfaction through , grievance handling, and field support.

Build lasting relationships with farmers .

4. Team Management

· Supervise and guide field officers, sales executives, and support staff at the centre.

· Maintain staff discipline, performance tracking, and daily reporting.

· Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
