Role Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP FSRI Techno-Functional Consultant with 36 years of experience. The role involves implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP FSRI solutions, ensuring seamless integration with reinsurance business processes. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze requirements, and deliver end-to-end SAP solutions while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and business value.

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

- Lead and support end-to-end SAP FSRI implementation projects.

- Configure, customize, and optimize SAP FSRI modules to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with reinsurance business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions.

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP FSRI with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

- Provide functional and technical support for SAP FSRI applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

- Conduct system testing, validation, and user training sessions.

- Document business processes, functional specifications, and configuration settings.

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables align with business goals.

- Stay updated with SAP FSRI best practices, upgrades, and innovations.

Required Skillsets :

years of hands-on experience in SAP FSRI implementation and support.

- Strong understanding of reinsurance business processes and domain knowledge.

- Proficiency in SAP FSRI configuration, customization, and integration.

- Experience in managing end-to-end SAP FSRI project lifecycles.

- Good knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and related financial modules.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
