Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in an auditing firm and be proficient in all types of statutory and financial filing, including but not limited to GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other regulatory compliances.

This role requires strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of accounting principles, and hands-on experience with accounting software. The candidate should be capable of leading the accounts team, handling internal and external audits, and ensuring timely compliance with all statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of:
  • GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.)
  • TDS Returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.)
  • Income Tax Returns
  • ROC Filings (Annual returns, Director KYC, etc.)
  • PF, ESI, and other statutory filings
  • Coordinate and manage audits (statutory, internal, tax, etc.) with external auditors.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations.
  • Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA Inter or CA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in an auditing firm.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory compliances.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to handle large datasets.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA / M.Com.
  • Hands-on experience with company law compliances and ROC filings.
  • Experience working with MSMEs or multiple clients.
