The plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production, quality control, safety compliance and effective team management.
The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, optimize resources and maintain a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-today operations of the plant, including production scheduling and workflow optimization
- Lead, supervise, and motivate plant staff to achieve productivity and quality targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Implement continuous improvement programs to enhance efficiency and reduce wastes.
- Monitor production metrics and prepare reports.
- Having knowledge of audits for ISO 9001, 14001 compliance and regular third party inspections visits.
- Manage plant budgets, resource allocation and inventory control.
- Collaborate with other departments such as maintenance, quality assurance and supply chain.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain production schedules.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production or related
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in plant management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- having knowledge of working of CNC turning and VMC machines.
- Having knowledge of Toll room machines.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Familiarity with health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Having knowledge of new part development.
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
- Budget management and resource planning.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50, ₹80,000.00 per month
