Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and place top talent.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders for long-term success.

Expand and manage a network of prime vendors and account managers.

Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and recruitment best practices to enhance performance.

Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.

Pre-screen consultant resumes to assess fit before marketing to clients.

Ensure resumes align with client needs and job requirements.

Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in the full cycle of Bench Sales Recruitment.

Experience marketing consultants on job portals and coordinating with vendors and clients for timely placements.

Familiarity with working with OPT/CPT, H1B, EAD, Green Card holders, and US citizens.

Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp).

Strong client/vendor network-building skills and experience working with prime vendors.

Excellent communication skills and experience in the US IT staffing market are essential.
