We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admission Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, handling inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all applicants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from prospective students.
  • Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility, fee structure, scholarships, and admission procedures.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and maintain a strong admission pipeline.
  • Coordinate with academic and marketing teams to support admission campaigns.
  • Schedule counselings sessions and assist in documentation and application verification.
  • Maintain CRM records and generate daily/weekly admission reports.
  • Ensure a professional and supportive communication approach with students and parents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Management, or Marketing preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in student counseling, admissions, or telecalling will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of handling targets.
