Desh Bhagat University Americas is a reputed educational institution offering international medical and higher education programs. We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic individual who can manage both B2B collaborations and student counselling (B2C) to strengthen our admissions network.

Role Overview

The Student Relations & Partnership Executive will play a dual role — building institutional partnerships (B2B) and guiding students (B2C) through the program enrollment process. The role requires strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

B2B (Partnership Development):

  • Identify and collaborate with educational consultants, schools, and partner agencies.
  • Coordinate with channel partners for lead generation and enrollment support.
  • Conduct presentations and information sessions to promote institutional programs.
  • Manage partner onboarding and maintain relationship databases.

B2C (Student Counselling):

  • Interact with prospective students and parents to provide accurate program details.
  • Guide applicants through eligibility checks, application, and enrollment steps.
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up to ensure a positive student experience.
  • Participate in education fairs, webinars, and information sessions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in education counselling, business development, or partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
