UdyogShastra is a revolutionary B2B platform that connects micro and small manufacturers directly with wholesalers and retailers, reducing the traditional supply chain inefficiencies. We're building an ecosystem that supports manufacturers with business management tools, marketing capabilities, and logistics/payment integration — all under one roof.

Our mission is to empower manufacturers, streamline B2B trade, and simplify how India does business.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for a dynamic Co-Founder with a strong background in marketing and sales, who can lead our user acquisition, growth strategy, and GTM execution. The ideal person is a growth hacker at heart, passionate about startups, and eager to roll up their sleeves to build something that truly impacts India's MSME sector.

Your Role:

  • Develop and execute GTM strategies to onboard manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Build a high-performance sales funnel and lead acquisition pipeline.
  • Forge partnerships with MSME bodies, workshops, and business coaches.
  • Collaborate on branding, positioning, and overall growth playbook.
  • Drive customer success initiatives and retention strategy.
  • Represent UdyogShastra at key industry events and build a marketing-first culture.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, growth, or marketing roles, preferably in a startup or B2B marketplace.
  • Strong understanding of India's MSME landscape.
  • Willing to invest ₹10 Lakhs as skin in the game.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with full-time commitment.
  • Leadership capability and a track record of execution.
