About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive / Manager to strengthen our digital presence and generate leads for our Astrology, Vastu, Crystals & Holistic Healing products & services. The role requires managing multi-channel ad campaigns, handling social media platforms, driving SEO, SMM & SMO activities, and ensuring maximum ROI from paid marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute & optimize paid ad campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • Create engaging ad creatives & content aligned with brand themes.
  • Drive lead generation, conversions, and brand visibility.
  • Manage ad budgets and ensure ROI-focused campaigns.
  • Track, analyze & report campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with content & creative teams for impactful campaigns.
  • Handle social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Implement SEO, SMM, and SMO strategies to boost digital visibility.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing & wellness industry.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads.
  • Ability to create and optimize high-converting campaigns.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Should know how to design Canva posts and social media creatives.
  • Experience in Social Media Handling, SEO, SMM & SMO.
