You will work closely with product and engineering teams to translate domain challenges into production-grade solutions. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about applied machine learning, generative AI, and large-scale data systems, with opportunities to mentor junior team members.Key Responsibilities:● Build, fine-tune, and deploy ML/AI models (LLMs, GenAI, NLP, Computer Vision) for healthcare and revenue cycle applications.● Conduct research on state-of-the-art algorithms and integrate them into production systems.● Design data pipelines and workflows for model training, evaluation, and deployment.● Collaborate with backend engineers to embed models into customer-facing applications.● Analyze structured and unstructured healthcare data to extract meaningful insights.● Perform error analysis, A/B testing, and continuous model improvements.● Mentor junior data scientists/ML engineers and contribute to technical reviews.● Stay up to date with latest advances in AI/ML, especially in NLP, LLMs, and applied healthcare AI.Requirements● 3–7 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Applied AI roles.● Strong hands-on expertise in Python, PyTorch, Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, REST APIs.● Deep understanding of NLP, Large Language Models, or GenAI frameworks.● Experience with healthcare/clinical datasets is a strong plus.● Familiarity with building and scaling data pipelines and model deployment.● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).● Solid grounding in statistics, ML algorithms, and optimization techniques.● Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹3,500, ₹4,500,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insurancePaid sick timePaid time offProvident FundExperience:Data science: 5 years (Required)Work Location: In person
