JOB Description-

  • Manage and maintain the Director's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare internal and external communications, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests; act as a gatekeeper when necessary.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Liaise with senior executives, clients, and other stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
  • Support project planning and execution by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as expense reporting, invoice processing, and office coordination.
