Production Engineer PEB

  1. Identifies and resolves problems, determines system improvements and implements changes and continual improvement.

  2. Standardizes Quality Control standards and practices across teams to ensure compliance with company policies and ensuring that targets are achieved.

  3. Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures;

  4. Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.

  5. Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company system compliance, and surveillance audits;

  6. Investigates customer complaints; collaborates with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs, and manufacturing.

  7. Liaises with customers' auditors and ensure the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers' specifications.

  8. Communicates throughout the organization the state of product quality and plans for continuous process improvements.

  9. Trains for staff in the factories to ensure quality policy of the company are aware and implemented properly.

  10. Investigate site claims /customer complaints, find root cause of issues and prepare proper procedure to control those issues.

  11. Manages, instructs and trains team to ensure standards are implemented with quality records and reports are available.
