Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales & Sourcing:

  • Source customers for Loan Against Property through field visits, references, cold calls, and channel partners.
  • Generate leads through DSAs, connectors, builders, and open market activities.
  • Achieve monthly business targets for LAP.

Customer Handling:

  • Meet customers, understand loan requirements, and explain eligible loan products.
  • Collect documents and ensure complete file submission.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat & referral business.

Loan Processing:

  • Coordinate with credit team for file approval and follow-ups.
  • Handle property verification, valuation, and legal formalities.
  • Ensure fast TAT for loan disbursal.

Market & Competitor Awareness:

  • Keep updated knowledge of property rates, competitor products, and interest rates.
  • Identify opportunities for new customer acquisition.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Maintain daily MIS and update lead status.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and KYC guidelines.
